AN AGRICULTURAL RUM FROM THE FRENCH WEST INDIES
Little G is an agricultural rum extracted from sugar cane juice from Martinique and Guadeloupe. We chose these ones because of their taste and quality. They give the rum all its freshness and its floral and fruity character. A trip to the land of sunshine!
A COLOURFUL RANGE
The Little G range offers a spicy Blanc rum that is very popular in cocktails.
Rum lovers will prefer aged or finished rums, such as Little G Vieux or Little G Sauternes finished. Finishing is done on the spot, in our Chai. Each bottle of the Little G range has its own colour code.
The name Little G comes from the first name "Gabriel", the son of the creator. Other colours corresponding to other finishes will complete the range as time goes by.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Agricultural rum is drier and less sweet than molasses rum. Our recipe 'à façon' was created in collaboration with the Bardinet company.
The rum has undergone a double distillation in column, it is characterized by an aromatic vanilla note and a long finish.
